Can I be me
Am I that free
Answer to no one
Live in the moment
Smile while you’re laughing
Stand running forward
Chair near the wall
Rug in a corner
Walk through a puddle
Not get in trouble
Joy now reflected
Cook undetected
Talk at the table
Mentally able
Say words that matter
No mindless clatter
Frozen unlabeled
Dust covered shelf
Volumes of life
Marked with a pen
Climb to the top
Stand on the mountain
Beautiful, Lynn!! xoxox

Lynn, a beautiful poem and images … the answer is a resounding yes you can … but of course we understand that there was a time you couldn’t do these things, lived in fear of retribution for a ‘wrong’. Enjoy the freedom to be just you! Anything is possible! xx

Thank you Ina! It just came to me and all of the things I could not do just flew out like placing household items where I want or walking accidentally through a puddle! Thanks again ❤️❤️
